Contributors have complained that the sidebar CTA for the AAQ flow is distracting when viewing forum threads, KB articles, and KB topic pages on mobile (screenshots below). Since asking questions via the AAQ flow is not central to their experience, they were asking if we could remove the CTA box all together.

My proposed idea for dealing with this is to create a rule that would hide the AAQ CTA boxes from users who are:
signed in, and
opted in as contributors
This is based on the assumption that a contributor who is signed in knows how to reach AAQ flows without the need for the CTA boxes appearing on every page.
