create new tier-1 topic and its subtopics under the Contributors product

Per the August 21 Taxonomy Sync meeting, we need to create the following top-level topic and its subtopics under the Contributors product:

• Contributors
  • General contribution
  • Support Forum
  • Help articles
  • Localization
  • Social Support
  • Mobile Store Support
  • Templates
  • Canned responses

Current Status

It looks like much of this is already accomplished by mozilla/kitsune#6146 (see https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/blob/6b20a6e340b1ceeba75ddff508cc2f5b7dc0a33d/kitsune/products/migrations/0015_auto_20240722_0449.py#L494), which promotes the following topics into the new IA/Taxonomy:

Stage

• General contribution
• Support Forum
• Help articles
• Localization
• Social Support
• Mobile Store Support

Production

• General contribution
• Support Forum
• Help articles
• Localization
• Social Support
• Mobile Store Support
• Editorial guidelines
• Process & policies
• Create & edit articles
• Screenshots & icons

although neither of them include the following topics:

• Templates
• Canned responses

Possible Action Items

Stage and Production

• Create the following topics and associate each of them with the Contributors product:
  • Templates
  • Canned responses
• Associate all KB article templates with the Templates topic and the Contributors product.
• Associate the /en-US/kb/common-forum-responses article with the Canned responses topic and the Contributors product.

Production Only

• Archive the following topics and determine another topic to which their associated articles and questions will be moved:
  • Editorial guidelines --> ? (perhaps either Help articles or General contribution?)
  • Process & policies --> ? (perhaps either Help articles or General contribution?)
  • Create & edit articles --> ? (perhaps either Help articles or General contribution?)
  • Screenshots & icons --> ? (perhaps either Help articles or General contribution?)
