Describe the bug
The jinja helper strings under chunks[] are not localized in SUMO (https://github.com/mozilla/kitsune/blob/eda943f278aa16168ea4f48d4339e04702d55fb9/kitsune/sumo/templatetags/jinja_helpers.py#L351)

@akatsoulas hmmm..while I do see the strings from the jinja_helpers in Pontoon now (example: https://pontoon.mozilla.org/de/sumo/LC_MESSAGES/django.po/?search=seconds+ago+&string=59734) those are still not entirely translated in stage

Also there are a couple of issues mentioned by our contributors happening in prod of strings not being localized:
