Feature Request: Deselect some of the mutiple files

When monitoring more than one file it would be great if it would be possible to select/deselect particular files in the browser window.

A simpler alternative would be adding an option to append the file name at each message. That way we could just use the filter to change the files on the fly.
But unfortunately, this project seems abandoned.
