By purchasing, installing, or using the "Filament Plugin - AI Writer", you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree with these terms, you must not install or use the Plugin and should promptly return it for a refund.
Subject to the terms of this EULA, Marcus Venghaus grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "Filament Plugin - AI Writer" (the "Software").
- Usage Restrictions: You may not redistribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer rights to the Software.
- Ownership: Marcus Venghaus retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights.
This license does not entitle you to any support, maintenance, or updates for the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Marcus Venghaus does not warrant that the functions contained in the Software will meet your requirements or that the operation of the Software will be uninterrupted or error-free.
In no event shall Marcus Venghaus be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information) arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if Marcus Venghaus has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Marcus Venghaus reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this EULA. Continued use of the Software after any such changes shall constitute your consent to such changes.
Marcus Venghaus reserves the right, at any time, to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, a license with or without notice. Prices of the Software are subject to change.
