Problem

In GCP Healthcare services we are allowed to use FHIR R4.
This library that you made is very useful to combine with FastAPI to create services or APIs which pass resources data between.

I'm asking if is possible to update the pydantic version for the fhir.resources == 6.4.0 which has the FHIR R4 version.

Thanks you for all the work you've done! I would love this as well. Since the US is standardized on R4, first class support for it would be great.
