No clue what I'm doing wrong. But this never runs...
There are no logs whatsoever.

The backup is meant to go to a smb share which is the same setup practice being used for other shares and folders in the same instance.

Running 28.0.4 latest backup app.

I'm seeing the same. In addition I'm seeing in the system log once, that Sabre was unable to resolve the host name of the target system for the backup. Which is rather strange, because else I'm seeing the shared folder from that very system in the files app.

I also have this issue. How do I resolve this (i.e. remove the impending backup)? I've tried using

  • occ backup:reset, but that didn't work beyond removing my previous backups.
  • Updating versions of NC
  • Removing backup app and then reinstalling.

NONE of these have resolved the problem. Yikes.
