I'm not a fan of commit 78acc59 because if someone wants to use a codeblock to show an example and you forget to add #pre-ignore or !, it gives that prompt and you cannot delete it.

I know that this was merged intentionally, so I propose a compromise: make it so users can either enable deleting the autopaste message or just disable the autopaste message entirely.
