Job Description

We're seeking a Senior Engineering Lead, a catalyst who thrives in transforming challenges into innovative solutions and inspires their team towards excellence.

Your Journey as a Senior Engineering Lead

1. Influence product and technology decisions, translating complexities into clear strategies.
2. Develop and implement engineering roadmaps, ensuring alignment with overall company vision.

4. Work cross-functionally to design and deliver groundbreaking solutions.
5. Foster a deep understanding of user personas, needs, and journeys within the engineering team.
6. Assist in developing comprehensive business cases and operational plans.
7. Help define the product vision and roadmap, delivering clarity on feasibility, time, cost, and impact.
8. Prioritize product features effectively, enabling collaborative design and execution across teams.

What You Bring

1. BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
2. 5+ years of relevant full-time programming work experience.
3. Strong full-stack (front-end and back-end) development skills:
   • Proficiency in JavaScript (Express, Node, React, React Native, Redux), HTML, and CSS highly valued.
   • iOS mobile app experience is a bonus.
   • Given our agile team, the ability to navigate any tech stack and learn new technologies as needed is crucial.
4. Solid grasp of object-oriented programming; familiarity with diverse design and architectural patterns.
5. Strategic thinking, capable of creating robust technical strategies.
6. Experience with swift prototyping and independently resolving ambiguities. We foster innovation and improvisation from every team member.
7. Exceptional written and spoken communication skills.
8. Flexibility for both in-office and remote work arrangements.
