Canadian Parliament Bot
- Fetch new leafs videos/highlights every 30 mins from NHl API
- Tweets a new highlight every 5 hours (if available)
- Previously tweeted highlights are marked, and not retweeted
- Tweets when a new bill is introduced
- Tweets when a bill is made into law, or fails to be made into law
