Device:

Huawei P10 Lite
WAS-LX1A

OS version (KitKat/Lollipop/Marshmallow/Nougat):

8.0.0.377

Built from repo (date and build command) or downloaded from website (links):

kalifs-armhf-full.tar.xz
https://build.nethunter.com/kalifs/kalifs-latest/kalifs-armhf-full.tar.xz
2017-11-18 01:02 EST

Output of cat /proc/version in adb shell or NetHunter Terminal:

Linux Version 4.4.23+ (android@localhost) (gcc version 4.9.x 20150123 (prerelease) (GCC) #1 SMP PREEMPT Mon Nov 26 16:15:41 CST 2018

Issue:

Had to remove CHROOT, tried uninstall via Nethunter app which failed (stuck).
Removed the Folder manually then (data/local/nhsystem)
was able to reinstall CHROOT afterwards but still getting the notification : Nethunter : Startup -> Deleting Kali chroot....

any chance to get rid of this notification without completely removing chroot+app?

boot into TWRP recovery.

goto advanced.

mount system

goto wipe.

do the option to complete wipe

should see some errors about not being able to do something or other

go back, go back, select reboot to recovery

repeat above and this time you should not see the errors about not being able to do something when you do the complete wipe.
