Burp suit does not start and how to fixx??

Redmi note 3

OS version (KitKat/Lollipop/Marshmallow/Nougat):

Nougat 7.1.2 nitrogen os

Referred this ; the kalifs package is the recent 2019 one . The following error was observed in previous versions too

is there any way to fix this . Searched many forums did find one https://null-byte.wonderhowto.com/forum/burp-suite-nethunter-vnc-0187804/
Did try it on vnc too .
