Announcing v1.0.0

I've decided to mark the plugin as v1.0.0 as of today. I will also be following semantic versioning in the plugin and I've removed the off-putting disclaimer from the top of the README.

I will declare anything to be a breaking change if it causes a user to change their config as per the config.lua file or causes the underlying commands to change. I will, however, endeavour to give users warning of an upcoming deprecation rather than just change/remove something and increment to a major version straight away.

It's taken a while to get the plugin to the state where I feel happy with its features and a big thank you to the community for the awesome feature suggestions in recent weeks.
