Could you register "<cmd>CodeCompanionActions<Cr>" as an actual telescope extension please?

The default layout I use for telescope is a full screen picker, but for things that I know wont have many entries, I pass in a different layout option, but I cant do this if the extension hasnt been registered with telescope:

For example your persisted plugin registers the extension with telescope so I can pass in options:

[olimorris]

This won't be something I'll add but open to a PR so please do investigate.
