That seems odd, you should be able to make a visual selection and pass it to the action palette:

Hi @olimorris, thank you for the response. I figured it out. It turned out to be a bad mktemp override in my fzf LUA configuration overriding to Homebrew's mktemp which should have been gmktemp.
