Double scrollbars on /settings/items/

Happens both in Chrome and Firefox (Windows 11, 200%) and disturbs mousewheel scrolling.

When I remove the -x in

.block-narrow {
    overflow-x: hidden !important;
    z-index: auto;
}

that might come from

openhab-webui/bundles/org.openhab.ui/web/src/css/app.styl

overflow-x hidden !important

it works as expected again, like some versions ago.
