Public Right Of Way - basically the streets, sidewalks, alleyways, and other public-access "lanes" for travel through a city/county/etc. See https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_of_way and https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right-of-way_(transportation) for more. |
