- hack: Fix query to fetch changelog
- create-operatorroles: Fix prefix prompt text
- create-cluster: Validate operator roles prefix
- Fix validation of spot max price
- confirm: Add confirmation prompt with default of 'Y'

- config: Use standard config path for ocm.json
