Incorrect Android Touch Feedback Location

On Android when you tap the zoomable-view the tapped location feedback indicator looks to be off by about 20-30 vertical pixels. I see this behavior in my own code and on the snack for this repo: https://snack.expo.dev/@thomasttvo/eaf257?platform=android You can reproduce in the snack by tapping on the screen and you will see the touch feedback indicator be below the cursor. On IOS its aligned perfectly under the cursor.
