Build out and integrate the query tool at https://github.com/pudo/angular-cubes. This should merge in with the main application fully, but run off S3-stored JavaScript libraries for embed views.

Also, see if https://github.com/USStateDept/cubes_dataviewer has relevant functionality that we can re-use (cc @nathanhilbert).

@pudo you should probably just start fresh since the cubes data viewer repo was my learning experience and it was pushed down in priority of the work I was doing. Also no plans for further development in the future as I'm not in that position anymore. I'll be interested to see the results of the angular cubes repo.
