@oprypin, thank you very much for providing this tool! I am not quite sure how to report this in a reproducible way, so I will provide screenshots of my configuration.

  1. nightly.link was installed in the Statnet organisation and given access to a number of repositories, including, in particular, statnet/network (a public repository):

  2. The URL to statnet/network's script that uploaded the artefacts (https://github.com/statnet/network/blob/master/.github/workflows/R-CMD-check.yaml) was provided on the nightly.link configuration page: image

A 404, "Repository not found: 'statnet/network'" error message results.

Strangely, this has previously worked perfectly well for statnet/ergm and statnet/rle repositories. I am not sure what's different about this one and the others (which also failed).

In GitHub's UI, after you change the selection of repositories, it's supposed to redirect you to
https://nightly.link/setup?installation_id=.......... and ultimately the home page https://nightly.link/
but seems like that failed to happen in this case. I personally don't know such a situation. Maybe you have some theory.

Right now I manually followed such a link and sure enough, it updated itself and works now.

Thanks! That would explain it.

Is there a way to get the URL with the ID without changing the repository list? I think what happened is that I had added a number of repositories in one sitting and only the first one was added with the ID. Also, is there some documentation about all this that I had missed?
