GSoC project idea : Dockerize All IHR Components

I'm Abhinav Kumar. pursuing computer science and engineering as a Pre Final year student at BMS College of Engineering, Bangalore, India. Along with my strong Linux system administration abilities, I have experience operating cloud services on AWS and GCP. I have established CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins and am skilled in containerization with Docker.
