It doesn't seem like I'm able to filter on if a Dynamodb table is streaming CDC data to a Kinesis Data Stream. https://boto3.amazonaws.com/v1/documentation/api/latest/reference/services/dynamodb/client/describe_kinesis_streaming_destination.html
