How to specify extra config from local source

My code structure is :

demo-project/

My purpose is to:

• pip install demo : only install demo/
• pip install demo[app1]: can install both demo and app1 module

My pyproject.toml is:

But I found it didn't works. Can poetry help me to get this or must be with other plugins?
