Gradle pipeline demo

Hi, we're familiar with the maven pipelines but would love to see a Gradle demo pipeline as well especially utilizing the new ibmint commands :)

@Heidilize Took a while, but with the ACE 12.0.2 ibmint the gradle build is quite small yet still builds everything and runs the unit tests.

I've only switched the CI build over at the moment, but thought you might be interested; I've linked the PR to this issue.
