Support for the Storage Queues Endpoint Type

How do you think is that worth adding that feature or maybe that already exists?
We could use an azure storage emulator as the place to store messages, so we could have the base flow.

I think that could be a pretty forward change, we basically have to settings:

1. add new property endpoint type (WebHook and Queue)
2. add new property connection string to Azure storage (could be an emulator as well)
3. implement adding a new message to the queue

that should be enough for beginning
