Hi,
GUI v1.6 applied 20 read depth and 2% read percent threshold for consensus building (correctly shown in the report), while in the analysis options these were set to 50 reads and 10%. How could the assumed default settings (50 reads, 10%) be applied? This was not a problem in PIRANHA version 1.3.1 within previous GUI release.
