I've been unsuccessful at attempting to use RNSecureKeyStoreMock for Jest. Are there any recommended steps?

Have you tried following this tutorial from the Jest docs? https://jestjs.io/docs/en/es6-class-mocks

I think mocking the "RNSecureKeyStore" part of "react-native-secure-key-store" import should work for you
