Question: documentation about setting up this project

Is there any existing documentation about setting up this project for development?
I'd like to start kafka-ui-api in IntelliJ, start kafka-ui-react-app on the command line. For any server or ui change, I only need to restart the according app. That's what I usually did in Angular but I don't know React, so a little documentation will be very helpful.
