so assume you plugged in the led device and windows gave it COM5 , go to device manager, find it, and right click, advanced, and set it to manually eg. COM15. then re-run device setup in prismatik, and set the device to COM15 |

Hello everyone.
I have one problem with my lightpack. When I start my computer, one of my two lightpack start with one Blue led. (n'2 of n'9).
When I unplug the usb (pc of lightpack) and plug in again its ok.
Can you help me?
