Hi everyone, really hoping you can help with my problem, as I absolutely love my ambilight setup.

I just did a fresh installation of Windows 11, having been on Windows 10 previously, running my setup with no problems.

However, my prismatik software is saying that I have a connection problem with my device, check the verbose in the logs.

I can go through the setup process in Prismatik, on the screen to disable certain LEDs, I can click an LED and the corresponding one lights up, also when making the white look correct against my wall, all of my LEDs are on. But then when I complete the setup wizard, it just stops working.

I have tried in 3 USB ports with the same problem. If it makes a difference, I copied over my main.conf file from my Windows 1-

I have attached my log files, which should capture me loading the app, going through setup, and then tyring to turn it on a couple of times.

Thanks so much.

Same. Sitting here deciding if I want to go through the rollback.

It takes 30s - well worth it. Just need to disable the autoupdate of the driver, especially in windows 11. There are several workarounds for this.

Doesnt work, I rolled back the driver (after group policy to remove driver updates) to the recomended previous version 3.5.2019 and still got nothing.
