app-import: add option to select an app that you want to overwrite while publishing

Currently the app-import functionality provides the following options:

• publish-replace: If there already exists a published app with the same name in the specified stream, replace that app with the new one.
• publish-another: If there already exists a published app with the same name in the specified stream, publish tnother one.
• delete-publish: First delete an already existing app (if there is one), then publish the new app.

Can the publish-replace functionality be extended by adding a column in the Excel that you can add an app name/app id that you want to overwrite. Reason why I ask is that when renaming a lot of applications, the current functionality forces you to still manually publish them because the name of the new app does not match the one that is published in the stream. By adding this columns you can extend the functionality and e.g., say the following:

• Old app is named: app 1
• New app is named: app 1 (with options)
• New app needs to replace old app but current release does not support it because the name of old app and new app are not the same. By adding a column e.g., appToReplace allows the possibility to either add an app name or app id that will be replaced while publishing.

I think that by adding this you also mimic the actual behavior of the QMC better.
