Some tasks are updated even with --dry-run option for task-custom-property-set command

Describe the Bug

When the --dry-run option is specified, nothing should be updated in Sense.

From the logs it however looks like custom properties are updated for some tasks.
It has not been verified what the condition for this to happen is, i.e. what is triggering this.
