Some references are not loaded

I really appreciate the new feature that allows to add new references. I expect it to let me test custom made themes embedded in an assembly.
Sadly, the current beta won't display my assembly in the references. I though that as the theme assembly has some other in house dependencies I had to add them too. But some are listed, most are not.

Is there a way to see logs (next step will be to debug with source locally :) ) or is it a know issue from the "beta" ?
