I understand that graph autoencoders can input a graph and output a latent representation of this graph. The decoder can then take the latent representation and output the same graph. But is it possible to transform a graph to a different graph i.e. the graph2graph problem like described in this paper? Could Pyg's current autoencoder model be able to accomplish this or would there need to be some modification?
