I want to easily access the user documentation

What are you missing?

I'd like to have the documentation more prominently featured in the application.

Why do you need a solution?

Currently, the only way to access the documentation is to know that there is a link in text in the project overview page and in the footer.
However, the footer might not be visible immediately on smaller screens (see #826), and i might need to access the documentation from within a different page.

Ideas

• Each Page could provide an introduction with a link to the relevant documentation section
• The footer could be sticky within the application so it's always visible
• Tutorial Dialogs/Pop ups for each section on a page after the first login
