not sure about this, it seems the ulogd config file(which some of the opkg tests is checking) is /etc/ulogd.conf other than /etc/config/ulogd
e.g OpkgConfNotUpdateMD5, OpkgConfNotUpdateSHA256, failed because got the returned string
"Existing conffile /etc/ulogd.conf is different from the conffile in the new package"
not "Existing conffile /etc/config/ulogd is different from the conffile in the new package"

Looks like those tests were created by this commit: 35d4ee8 by @miska so he would know more about the error you are seeing.
