We had a same issue before, if you have facing the CPU_ON interrupt, your SPI connection may be out-of-sync. Please control your configuration.
If you want to test is the problem really caused by the SPI, please read the PLC Device signature from related register value. You may observe unwanted signature values before the CPU_ON trigger. If PLC feels something wrong with the communication host, it reset itself and you observe CPU_ON trigger.
