I encountered the same problem. I placed the canonical_0.png obtained from ./scripts/test_multi.sh to all_sequences/${NAME}/${EXP_NAME}_control, and then ran ./scripts/test_canonical.sh. I did not get the same reresults from ./scripts/test_canonical.sh and './scripts/test_multi.sh'.

Did I make a mistake?
