Quarkus extension for Hibernate Search + Standalone Pojo Mapper + Lucene #180

In Quarkus core, we currently only have an extension for Hibernate ORM + Hibernate Search + Elasticsearch: https://quarkus.io/guides/hibernate-search-orm-elasticsearch

It would be nice to have a separate extension using the Standalone POJO Mapper instead of Hibernate ORM (similar to quarkusio/quarkus#26182) and the Lucene backend, which would probably depend on the Quarkiverse Lucene extension.
