Make Shibuya be useable without any yamls/jmx

To get started with Shibuya you need to write a yaml and one jmx at the minimum. And making changes to these files can become tedious very quickly. We need to provide a way to make the UX easier for configuring collections and plans

• Provide yaml editor UI in collection view. Just click a button and the collection yaml is now editable directly in the web UI
• Provide jmx editor UI in plan view
• Option to export yaml configuration of a collection
• A no-yaml UI for collection configuration. For eg. Plus button to add a plan in collection, edit button to change execution plan config
• A no-jmx UI for creating a very simple test plan. For eg. Just input protocol, IP, Host and port and jmx will be created
