[Taskbar Clock Customization] - request for display of secondary clocks in taskbar and not just tooltip

@m417z - thanks for this mod (taskbar clock customization). Just started using this specific mod and really like it. In addition to what it currently offers, I think it would be nice to have access to the secondary clock to display in the taskbar. I like that it shows up in the tooltip, but think it would be even better to be able to display secondary clocks in the taskbar itself. Thanks!!
