[Improvement] Ability to use variables and/or constants in config files

I suggest that Windhawk must incorporate the ability to add global variables, which can be then used in configuration files.

Since, .json doesn't support that, it may require a rewrite using a configuration format that does't support the functionality to import external configuration and allows the usage pre-defined values.

It will make it very efficient and much more easy to manage and edit the configuration.
