Reproduce:

Change predictor layer to NDWI or any other
No NDWI image loads.

Extra error:

Click Past/Present toggle and we get "Error getting predictor layer" message. Can get the 2000 layer if no alternative predictor layer is selected.

Seems introduced when migrating to Python 3.
