there is an openapi parser here: github.com/getkin/kin-openapi

What do you think about integrating it into Benthos ?

It would be useful for consuming other openAPI systems, because you can take their openAPI yaml and then with benthos just load the openapi yaml and then the data coming in can be validated using the JSONSchema that is part of OpenAPi spec. Tons of dull works saved.

Hey @joeblew99, sounds good. I think it would probably make sense to implement this as a processor to start with (similar to the HTTP processor).
