a few pipelines that we have are very low throughput but are also important to processes within 5-10 seconds. I was searching for the fetch.max.wait.ms option but couldn't find it in the documentation.

if it sounds good will also add a few other params as well which I was looking earlier but didn't create any major issues to my workflow's
