Renovate is updating a terraform dependency from > 5 to 5.54.1 as seen in the screenshot below.
This causes an error in opentofu (and possibly terraform) constrains string being invalid.

Error when running tofu plan Error: failed to read dependency lock file: Invalid provider version constraints: The recorded version constraints for provider registry.terraform.io/hashicorp/aws must be written in normalized form: ">= 4.33.0, >= 5.0.0, >= 5.30.0, >= 5.40.0, 5.54.1".

no, i have to manually run terraform init -upgrade after every renovate
