Remove franka_ros hotfixes #35

The franka_ros submodule now contains a hotfix that can be removed if the bug is solved in the upstream:

rickstaa/franka_ros@8114ed2: This was added since the gripper PID gains found in the franka_ros repository are not correct (see Use move in gripper_action when max_effort is 0 frankaemika/franka_ros#209 (comment)).

It further already applies the following pull requests that are not yet merged:

When all these have been merged we can follow the default franka_ros branch again.
