Org level project dashboard error view

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
If I am an administrator of mulitple projects, instead of clicking into each one (alerts exist but in case I didn;t set it up) have an overall view of projects with dashboards in error from the org page.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear way to see which projects are in error from the organization view.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Setting up alerts for each project for source ingestion errors, etc.

Additional context
Just a thought that came to mind looking at our QA projects.
