Add instructions on customizing (e.g. jsmol) on wiki or README? #38

@bas-rustenburg found it fairly easy to run a live js-mol session in slidedeck using either a local or github hosted index.html.

@rmcgibbo any preference on where to document this? I figured this is a useful enough trick that we want to write down the recipe somewhere for posteriority, but it's obs up to you

Readme sounds good. Or if it's too long for that, maybe a link from the
readme to a wiki page. Unless there's a link, people probably won't "find"
the wiki.
